PIN GRADING

Each of our pins are handcrafted and hand painted, making no pin "perfect" or alike. The pin are graded on an A or B, we have no other grades for our pins.

When our pins arrive they go through
hand-inspecting to determine the
"Grade" of the pin.

Standard/A Grade:
Near Flawless. Minor
imperfections that are not easily visible only upon close inspection.

B Grade:
More apparent imperfections that can seen easily from all angles. We still consider this grade excellent quality.

We ask that when choosing the Grade of pins, you choose carefully. There will be no refunds given due to a pin grade. Please make sure you are comfortable with this policy before placing your order. All orders are fulfilled in the order that they arrive. If you order a Grade A and we were not able to fill that due to our grading, you will receive an email from us with the option of selecting Grade B. If you do not respond within in 48 hours, you will be shipped a Grade B instead and the difference will be refunded.
